Abstract

Education is a human effort to expand knowledge in order to form values, attitudes, and behaviors. Indonesia as a developing country needs qualified human resources and able to compete in the world. One of the government's efforts to create quality human resources is through education. Schools as one of the formal educational institutions have a very important role to realize educational goals. The purpose of this study: (1) To determine the contribution of teaching experience, professional competence and pedagogical competence together to the Trilogy of SD teacher learning leadership in Mungkid Subdistrict, Magelang District. (2) To determine the contribution of teaching experience to the leadership trilogy in elementary school teacher learning in Mungkid Sub-district of Magelang District (3) To determine the contribution of professional competence to leadership trilogy in elementary school teacher learning in Mungkid Sub-district of Magelang. This study uses a quantitative research approach in which research . This research is a quantitative research. The research data collection techniques used the following methods: The questionnaire in this study was used to obtain data on teaching experience, professional competence, and pedagogical competence towards leadership trilogy in learning for elementary school teachers in Mungkid Subdistrict, Magelang District.
