Abstract

Education is an important role in life, because education will give birth to scientists who are able to develop and create something that is beneficial to society. With the current developments in the world of education that are constantly changing so that a lot of change in the mindset of educators from the ordinary mindset will become more modern. This is very influential in the progress of teachers in educating. The teacher is an educator, a role model, for the students he educates. Therefore a teacher must have certain standards or qualities that must be met. So that in this study has the following objectives, (1) To find out the significance of teaching experience, professional competence and pedagogical competence towards the Leadership Trilogy in junior high school teacher learning (2) To find out the contribution of teaching experience, professional competence and pedagogical competence to the Leadership Trilogy in junior high school learning throughout Sleman Regency Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative descriptive correlation study. That quantitative research is an approach to examine the relationship between variables. The data collection technique that will be used in this study is a questionnaire. The instrument will be made in the form of multiple choice or checklist.
