Kettlebell Thrusters: This is a hard hitting kettlebell lift that is sure to help you to build some serious muscle and propel your strength training workouts into a whole new world. For this particular exercise you are also going to have to have the availability of either a single bell or pair of kettlebells. Once again properly execute a clean and rack with the bell(s) to secure them at your chest. From here you are going to execute a front squat with the bells positioned firmly in front of your body. As you squat try to descend deep enough so that your elbow(s) touch the insides of your knees. This will ensure a good quality range of motion for your squat. Once you ascend up out of the squat simply press the bell(s) overhead to lock out into a press. Once you finish pressing simply return the bell or bells back to your chest to start another squat and repeat the process all over again. This is a great strength workout for you if you are serious about getting some results. Take the time to apply these to your program. Remember that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
