PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, REFORMASI BIROKRASI, REMUNERASI, DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gunungkidul)

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, reformasi birokrasi, renumerasi, dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam sampel adalah sebanyak 36 pegawai. Employee engagement dan reformasi birokrasi ditemukan berpangaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebagai implikasinya, reformasi birokrasi dan employee engagement perlu dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan di instansi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
