Abstract

Implementasi saat ini dari kurikulum Merdeka sangat berbeda dari kurikulum sebelumnya. Tujuan dari kurikulum merdeka adalah untuk lebih memusatkan pembelajaran pada pencapaian pemahaman pengetahuan. Tidak masalah seberapa sering pembelajaran dilakukan, intinya adalah bahwa siswa harus memahami konsep fisik dan matematis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan miskonsepsi siswa mengenai konsep hukum Newton. Hukum Newton adalah konsep awal dalam mempelajari dinamika gerak dalam fase F. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa fase F di sebuah sekolah swasta di Nusa Tenggara Timur yang diberi pertanyaan tes diagnostik tiga tingkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan untuk semua konsep hukum Newton, semua siswa mengalami miskonsepsi. Banyak siswa mengalami miskonsepsi tentang konsep hukum pertama Newton serta konsep perlambatan dan gaya gesek sebesar 40%.
