Article Retraction & Withdrawal
- Article Retraction:
Articles may be retracted from IEJST if they are found to violate publication ethics, such as plagiarism, fabricated data, or significant errors that cannot be corrected. The retraction process involves the editor, authors, and reviewers to ensure procedural compliance. Retracted articles will be marked and listed in the table of contents with a note explaining the reason for retraction.
- Manuscript Withdrawal:
Authors may withdraw a submitted manuscript for valid reasons before the review process is completed. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to the editor with clear reasons. Withdrawal after the review process requires the editor's approval and is generally granted only for serious errors or ethical violations.
