We hope that this journal can be a means to increase the interest of the people, improve the quality of community service in various fields and be able to provide benefits to the wider community.</p> Faculty of Economics Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa en-US IMPACTS: International Journal of Empowerment and Community Services 2964-4917 Implementation of Good Governance E-Filling and Strengthening Soft-Skill Characters for Japanese Kenshushei Institutions at LPK Akihiro Semarang https://jurnal.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/IMPACTS/article/view/16008 <p><strong>Purpose ­ </strong>This community service aims to help archive management at Akihiro LPK by using the e-filling system, providing character strengthening and soft-skill training to increase trust in sensei and site themselves as a provision to work in Japan.</p> <p><strong>Methods - </strong>The settlement method used in this service refers to RnD Borg and Gall by calculating the Three Box Method questionnaire.</p> <p><strong>Result and discussions - </strong>The dedication showed an increase in knowledge of 83.4%, skills of 83.3%, and skills of 86.4%, as well as providing instrument strengthening by providing filing cabinets. The object is young people in the villages of Sribitan, Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul. Providing donations to provide space, providing information to participants in community service program activities and providing information on the description/condition of entrepreneurship in the partner environment.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion - </strong>The Community Service Program is aimed at people who are interested and are starting a business, but still lack literacy, skills and knowledge about promotion through digital marketing. Thus, product sales to MSMEs are still relatively small and the scope is small. Therefore, strategies are needed that can be used to help develop MSME businesses. This service activity raises the problems faced by a coffee shop business called De Thela, where based on interviews with the owner of De Thela MSMEs, there are problems experienced by these MSMEs related to good financial management. The aim of this service activity is to provide assistance regarding the importance of financial management through financial literacy strategies, so that it can increase business income.</p> <p><strong>Methods – </strong>This activity was carried out using methods including problem identification, preparation, assistance, monitoring and evaluation of assistance to De Thela MSMEs.</p> <p><strong>Result and discussions – </strong>This community service activity provides results for De Thela MSMEs, namely (1) De Thela MSME owners have financial literacy regarding financial services products for investment, saving, borrowing and insurance; and (2) De Thela MSMEs are able to carry out financial management by keeping good financial records.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion – </strong>The implication of the results of this community service activity is that it is hoped that this assistance can increase financial literacy and manage business finances, so that ultimately it can increase the income of MSMEs and the sustainability of their businesses.</p> Christina Heti Tri Rahmawati Rubiyatno Theodorus Sutadi Florentinus Nugro Hardianto Copyright (c) 2024 IMPACTS: International Journal of Empowerment and Community Services https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-03-31 2024-03-31 3 1 71 76 10.30738/impacts.v3i1.17141 Online Promotion, Packaging Innovation and Reseller Management at Hero Bakery https://jurnal.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/IMPACTS/article/view/17164 <p><strong>Purpose ­ </strong>This community service program objectives to improve the business performance of Hero Bakery MSMEs through mentoring activities in the fields of online promotions, packaging innovation and reseller management. Apart from that, it is also aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of partners in developing marketing programs.</p> <p><strong>Methods -</strong>The method used in this community service is counseling and mentoring partners so that it is hoped that partners' insight in the field of marketing will also increase. The work program implemented includes: developing online promotional media, updating packaging design by creating product labeling, and creating a reseller database.</p> <p><strong>Result and discussions -</strong>This activity received a very positive response from partners because it helped partners in improving their business management. Initially, Hero Bakery's product packaging was considered less attractive and less informative, so the packaging and labeling updates became one of the product's attractions and became an informative promotional tool. The development of content in online marketing media causes online promotional materials to become more attractive, thus encouraging consumer buying interest. To manage resellers, it is necessary to design a reseller database so that it will make it easier for Hero Bakery to monitor reseller activity.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion - </strong>Hero Bakery needs to adopt this online promotional media well. Apart from that, efforts to increase the attractiveness of consumers (resellers) can be done by designing attractive and informative product packaging and labeling. This initiative also aims to motivate PKK Women’s group to create environmentally friendly products that have an impact on increasing welfare</p> <p><strong>Methods - </strong>The socialization was carried out in several sessions, the first was an introduction to the concept of a green economy, the second was a question and answer session, the third was an introduction to an environmentally friendly product that could be create by PKK women’s group.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Result and discussions – </strong>PKK’s women group are better informed about green economy concept. They become highly motivated to create products that environmentally friendly product that have economic value.
