(CEFI, Philippines) Calamansi Juice https://jurnal.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/IMPACTS/article/view/19079 <p><strong>Purpose</strong></p> <p>This article aims to show how the implementation of digital marketing strategies and branding development can increase product visibility, strengthen competitiveness in the market, and optimize team efficiency through HR empowerment. In addition, this article provides a model that can be replicated by other MSMEs in an effort to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong></p> <p>The activities carried out were training and lectures on Branding and Digital Marketing as well as Human Resource Management Motivation in UMKM Assisted by Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (CEFI, Philippines) Calamansi Juice. The training materials were adjusted to the needs of UMKM in order to be able to answer various problems to improve entrepreneurial and promotional skills.</p> <p><strong>Result and Disscusion</strong></p> <p>Participants demonstrated a significant improvement in their understanding of digital marketing strategies, such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content creation. A workshop on branding enabled participants to design a cohesive brand identity, including logo creation and the development of a brand message that resonates with their target audience. In addition, the materials used are easily available from nature in the neighborhood.</p> <p><strong>Methods -</strong> Interactive training methods are employed in workshops, which cover a range of topics including the cleaning of fabrics to remove impurities, the mordant of fabrics, blanket dyeing, the treatment of leaves and flowers, eco-printing, and fabric fixation.</p> <p><strong>Result and discussions - </strong>The training was attended by 20 PKK members. The training started with the explanation of the materials, tools, leaf and flowers used in the production of eco-print products. The training participants were able to make eco-print products with pashmina media and 3 PKK members were able to make eco-print products with pashmina media as there were several PKK members who were absent. PKK members know natural materials that have tannins and can be used as eco-print media. In addition, PKK members are able to distinguish fixing materials that cause light and dark colors in eco-print products.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion - </strong>Training participants have the opportunity to create eco-print products using woven pashmina material. Through this training, participants have expanded their understanding of leaves and flowers that contain high concentrations of tannins. Participants gave a positive response as evidenced in the activities during the service, besides that the participants expressed their satisfaction in participating in this activity because of the increased knowledge related to community empowerment and environmental management of the umbul udal-udalan tourist area.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion - </strong>The achievements of the activities or results obtained from this service are: The service was successfully carried out well, this is evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in the activities during the service by paying attention to each material provided. Training/counseling is a method or effort made by certain parties to increase the understanding of teachers or students by providing certain material in a planned and programmed manner. The stages of this training/counselling adapt the conceptual model.&nbsp; Health counseling is an activity to provide health education that has a method by disseminating messages and instilling confidence. So that people are not only aware, know, and understand but are also able to do or follow recommendations related to the health information</p> <p><strong>Result and discussions </strong>- This service activity was responded well by both teachers and students because it proved to have a significant impact. Through counseling activities related to safe snacks for children, teachers and students gain additional knowledge and information related to healthy and nutritious snacks. In addition, they can find out the dangers of careless snacking. Both teachers and students felt happy and satisfied with this activity. Increasing awareness in choosing healthy snacks and taking preventive efforts and real steps to provide healthy snacks for students at school.<strong>Conclusion - </strong>Community service activities went well, smoothly and received a good response as seen from the participation of all teachers, students and partners. Teachers and students were very enthusiastic during the service and felt happy because they had increased their knowledge about safe types of snacks.
