Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

for the authors, please refer to the following guidelines:

- Language : English.

- Words Count: 2,000 – 6,000 words excluding the references list.

- File Type: word.doc type.

- Page Setup

Margins : 2.5 cm for all edges

Paper size : A-4

Font : Times New Roman 12 (started from April 2022)

- Title Page

Font : 14-point bold with an initial capital letter for proper nouns
maximum words : 14 words
Margin : center
Authors’ names : full names, affiliations and co-email  in 10-points bold
- Abstract

Font : 12-points for the heading, and 10-points for the content
Word count : 150 – 250 words
Content : the main points of the paper and conclusions
Keywords : 4-5 initial capitalized words separated with commas.


- Main text

Font : 12-point size
Margin : justified margin
Single line spacing
No footnotes and endnotes
No indent paragraphs but leave one space between paragraphs.
Use italics for emphasizing words.
Numbered and bulleted lists are allowed if needed.
Both in-text citation and reference list must correspond each other.
- Headings

Use heading texts with an initial capital letter for proper nouns, not numbered headings
Limit the heading into three levels with the first 12-point bold headings, the second 10-point bold headings, and the third 10-point italics headings.
Leave one blank line after the headings and two blank lines before the headings.
Margin all the headings to the left
- Tables and Figures

Embed the tables and figures in the text.
Center the tables and figures horizontally and not exceed the margins.
Provide the center captions above the table and below the figure with 6-8 words
GIF and JPEG figure formats are preferable.
- Acknowledgements or Notes

Place the acknowledgements and notes in the separate section before

the references.
