Abstrak

The purpose of this descriptive study to determine the extent to which the ability to solve mathematical problems and effectivities between using of learning by learning cell assisted mathematics pop up book using convensional learning. This research is a quasi experimental research, is a study that all subjects in study groups used in experimental research. Populating of all grade VIII totaling 5 class.From the research result obtained the tendency of learning achievement of medium category, with average score 31,409. Calculation of hypothesis test using test, obtained by thitung = 2,9936 which then consulted with ttable = 1,9977, meaning there is difference the extent of mathematic learning achievement of students who taught using Learning Cell model with pop up book mathematic compared with using conventional model.
