Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of constructivism approach to mathematics learning achievement. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP TDIP Yogyakarta, which consists of two classes. With saturated sampling obtained class VIII A as experimental class and Class VIII B as control class. Research variable by using approach of konstrutivisme (X) as independent variable and achievement learn mathematics (Y) as dependent variable. Data collection techniques with documentation and achievement test. Technique of data analysis with descriptive analysis, balance test, prerequisite test and t test. There was positive ang significanct influence of constructivism approach to mathematics learning achievement ( t hit = 3,836, t tab = 1,6746).
