Abstrak

The aim of thisresearch is to know the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type Assisted Individualization Team (TAI) toward matematic’s study result that is observed from student learning motivation. Thepopulation of this research is all the second grades students of SMP Negeri 3 Sewon. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling. The data collecting techniques used test and questionnaire. The hypotheses testinguses Anava two waywith different cell that is F test. The result of this research are the learning usescooperative learning model of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) is more effective to be used (Fobs <Ftable) with value 6,411> 4,008; The student’sstudy resultthat have high learning motivation are better than the students who have the medium and low motivation (Fobs <Ftable)with value 22,763> 3,158; There is no interaction between learning model and student’s learning motivation toward student's study result of mathematics (F_hitung <F_tabel is 2,865 <3.158). Based on the result of research,the cooperative learning model of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI)  is better than conventional for the second grades students of SMP Negeri 3 Sewon.
