Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type TAI on mathematics learning outcomes in terms of student learning motivation. This research is a kind of quasi-experimental research. The data were collected using test and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used is a two-way variance analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1)  is  meaning that there is no significant difference between student learning achievement taught by using cooperative learning model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type with students taught using conventional model, (2) that is  mean there is difference of learning result of mathematics based on learning motivation level, (3)  is , meaning there is no interaction between learning model and learning motivation toward mathematics learning result. Thus, from the results of this study, cooperative learning model type Assisted Individualization Team (TAI) is no more effective when compared with conventional learning model.
