Abstrak

The purpose of this study to determine the tendency of learning interest, learning environment, and learning achievement of mathematics. The population consisted of grade VIII students of State Junior High Schools in Puring, Kebumen in academic year 2016/2017 which were 412 students. The sampling were selected using Proposional Cluster Random Sampling with sampel size 89. Data collecting technique was questionnaire for learning interest and learning environment, meanwhile for data of mathematics’ leraning achievement was through test. The hypothesis of this research that there was a positive and significant relationship learning interest and learning environment with mathematics’ learning achievement. Descriptive research result show that the tendency of learning interest, leaarning environment, and mathematics’ learning achievement in medium category. From the tabulation got score R = 0,731 with the significant score 0,000, it meant that there was a positive and significant relationship learning interest and learning environmnet with mathematics’ learning achievement. From the tabulation of partial-correlation analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relation between learning interest and mathematics’ learning achievement with r = 0,286 and sign value = 0,007 < 0,05  and there was a positive and significant relation between environment learning and mathematics’ learning achievement with r = 0,420 and sign value = 0,000 < 0,05.
