Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to determine effectiveness of cooperative learning model type TAI on resultin learning mathematics in terms of student learning motivation class VIII SMP N 4 Sewon.The population of this research was all students VIII class of SMP N 4 Sewon with experimental and sample was 32 students and control sample was 32 student.the data were collcted using test and questionnaire techniques. The data were analyzed by using two way ANAVA. The result of the research shows that: (1) The use of cooperative learning model of Team Assisted individualization (TAI) type is not more effective than conventional learning model with Fhit(A)<Ftab(A), that is 0,028 <4,008; 2 There is no difference in learning outcomes of mathematics awareness level of learning motivation with Fhit(B)<Ftab(B), that is 0.462 <3.158; (3) There is no interaction between learning model and student's learning motivation toward mathematics learning result with Fhit(AB)<Ftab(AB), that is 0,318 <3,158.
