Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. This study uses a classroom action research approach. Research is carried out in at least two cycles, in each cycle covering the preparation stage, observation, action implementation, observation and interpretation, and reflection. The object of this research is to improve student learning outcomes. The method used in data collection is done through questionnaires and observation sheets. The method used to analyze the data is by descriptive analysis technique.
