Abstrak

This study aims to find out the Application of Cooperative Learning Model Type Numbered Head Together (NHT) To Increase Student Learning Activities In Basic Mathematics Courses Biology Education Program University Ahmad Dahlan. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). Classroom Action Research is conducted through several cycles until success indicators are achieved. In this study carried out in two cycles. The subjects in the study were the students of Biology class C Semseter II of Ahmad Dahlan University. The results showed that there is an increase in student lecture activity. Percentage of student activity in cycle I is 51,00% and in cycle II become 63,99%. There is an increase of student's learning keatifan 12,99%.
