PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA: STUDI KASUS PADA KLINIK L’VIORS

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership transformation, work discipline and work-life balance on job satisfaction of employees at L'Viors Kayoon Clinic Surabaya. The data in this study were collected from a 7-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 47 employees of the L'Viors Kayoon Clinic Surabaya using the census method. Furthermore, the analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS). The results in this study indicate that transformational leadership influences job satisfaction at L'Viors Surabaya Clinic employees. On the other hand, work discipline and work-life balance have no effect on the job satisfaction of L'Viors Surabaya Clinic employees. With this research it is hoped that it can become a consideration for the development of leadership capabilities for management and become the development of theories related to organizational human resource management.
