Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of perceptions of organizational structure and organizational culture on performance with job satisfaction as a mediation among CV Top Seluler employees.
The number of research respondents was 73 employees whose data were collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using the Structual Equation Model (SEM) with the Variance Based SEM approach.
The test results found that job satisfaction can only mediate the influence of perceived organizational structure on performance because perceived organizational structure has no effect on the performance of CV Top Seller employees.
