Pengaruh Pemahaman Kurikulum, Supervisi Akademik, dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan SMK di Gunungkidul

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru SMK Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK Gunungkidul 2) Pengaruh  supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru SMK Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK Gunungkidul 3) Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK Gunungkidul 4) Pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum, supervisi akademik, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK Gunungkidul. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan yang berjumlah 65 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif Pemahaman Kurikulum terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi r_x1y  0,701 dan koefisien determinasi r² _x1y  0,491. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif Supervisi Akademik terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi r_x2y 0,513 dan koefisien determinasi r² _x2y 0,263. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi r_x3y 0,247 dan koefisien determinasi r² _x3y 0,012. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif Pemahaman Kurikulum, Supervisi Akademik, Fasilitas Kerja secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda positif R_y(1,2,3)  0,708 dan koefisien determinasi R² _y(1,2,3) 0,502.

Abstract: This study aims to find out: 1) The influence of curriculum understanding on the performance of vocational teachers of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship at Vocational School Gunungkidul 2) The effect of academic supervision on the performance of SMK teachers of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship at Vocational School Gunungkidul 3) The effect of work facilities on the performance of vocational school teachers Creative and Entrepreneurship 4) The influence of understanding of curriculum, academic supervision, and work facilities on the performance of Vocational School teachers of Creative and Entrepreneurship Products at Vocational School Gunungkidul. The research design used is Ex-post facto. The population in this study were 65 Creative and Entrepreneurship Product teachers. Data collection used the questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive influence on curriculum understanding of teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of r_x1y  0,701 and a determination coefficient of r²_x1y 0.491. 2) There is a positive influence of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance with the correlation coefficient r_x2y 0.513 and the determination coefficient r²_x2y  0.263. 3) There is a positive effect of the Work Facility on Teacher Performance with a correlation coefficient of r_x3y 0.247 and a coefficient of determination r²_x3y 0.012. 4) There is a positive influence of Understanding Curriculum, Academic Supervision, Work Facilities all together on Teacher Performance with positive double correlation coefficient R _y(1,2,3) 0.708 and determination coefficient R² _y(1,2,3) 0,502.
