Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian adalah (1) mengidentifikasi pemecahan masalah sebagai upaya meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas melalui supervisi klinis oleh kepala sekolah (2) membuat langkah-langkah dalam melaksanakan supervisi klinis oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan SD Beji Pajangan Bantul. Waktu penelitian Februari 2020. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi; reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas di SD Beji melalui langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut yang  harus dibuat dan dilaksanakan secara tertib, teratur dan berkelanjutan . Dengan supervisi klinis disiplin guru meningkat dalam kompetensi kepribadian yang semula kurang disiplin berubah menjadi disiplin, dengan adanya perubahan disiplin dalam kehadiran, disiplin masuk kelas, dan disiplin administrasi.

Abstract: The purpose of conducting research is (1) Identifying resolutions as an effort to improve teacher discipline in the presence of teaching in the classroom through clinical supervision by the Headmaster (2) making steps in implementing clinical supervision by the headmaster to improve teacher discipline in the presence of teaching in the classroom. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research is done by SD Beji Showcase Bantul. Research time February 2020. SuSupport's data in the study was the principal , teacher, and School Committee. Data collection is done through observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques carried out include; data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/data verification. The results showed that the implementation of clinical supervision can improve teachers ' discipline in the presence of teaching in classrooms in the SD Beji through the steps of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up to be made and implemented Orderly, regularly and sustainably. With the clinical supervision of teachers ' discipline increased in personality competencies that were initially less disciplined to be disciplined, with a change of discipline in attendance, discipline in class, and administrative discipline.
