Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students and examine cooperative learning models in order to improve student learning outcomes at school and examine cooperative learning models. This cooperative learning learning model is a model in which learning prioritizes the principle of working together among students with different abilities in a small group to complete tasks in order to achieve maximum goals. This research uses a literature study, with this method it can add to the knowledge of the reader. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness and improvement of student learning outcomes in science learning after the application of cooperative learning models. Teachers should change their teaching patterns so that they are not monotonous and students will understand more easily, from the results of this study many have increased from 44% to 72.22%, which means that it can be said that the problem-based learning model is effective for learning.
