IMPLEMENTASI TRINGA TAMANSISWA DALAM MANAJEMEN SDM UNTUK KEMAJUAN SEKOLAH

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui implementasi konsep Tringa yaitu Ngerti, Ngrasa, dan Nglakoni, Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi Tringa, Mengetahui dampak SDM dan kemajuan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan konsep Tringa Tamansiswa. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Analisa data menggunakan teknik kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi Tringa meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sudah cukup optimal. Faktor pendukung sarana dan prasarana: lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman, ruang kelas yang rapi dan bersih. Faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor guru yang memadai danĀ  kualifikasi siswa yang bagus sehingga dalam pelaksanaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Faktor penghambat yaitu, mengalami kendala waktu pembelajaran yang kurang maksimal, kurang fokusnya siswa dalam belajar tetapi perlahan sudah teratasi. Hasil implementasi Tringa cukup baik. Tercermin dari tumbuhnya semangat belajar kalangan siswa, banyaknya prestasi yang diperoleh dalam lomba baik akademik maupun non akademik

Abstarct:The research objectives Analyzing and knowing the implementation of the Tringa concept, namely Ngerti, Ngrasa, and Nglakoni, Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of Tringa implementation, Knowing the impact of HR and the progress of the school in implementing the Tringa Tamansiswa concept. This type of research is qualitative research. Data analysis using qualitative techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Tringa's implementation includes planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring is quite optimal. Supporting factors for facilities and infrastructure: a comfortable school environment, neat and clean classrooms. Factors of human resources, adequate teacher factors and good student qualifications so that the implementation can run smoothly. The inhibiting factor is that the learning time constraints are not maximal, the students lack focus in learning but slowly are overcome. The results of the implementation of Tringa are quite good. Reflected by the growing enthusiasm of learning among students, the many achievements obtained in competitions both academic and non-academic
