This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning models such as the Group Investigation (GI) model, Student Team Achievement Division (STAD), and Jigsaw on critical and creative thinking skills in science learning in fourth-grade students in elementary school. The research uses a quantitative research approach. The research sample was randomly selected from 75 fourth-grade elementary school students. Data were collected by using the critical and creative thinking skills test method. The test instrument is structured with indicators of critical and creative thinking variables which are applied in the study of science learning. The research instrument is in the form of a description test that has met the validity and reliability tests. The technique of data analysis was done with a Multivariate Analysis Of Variance. The results show that the critical and creative thinking skills obtained sig. of 0.001 <0.05, which means that the cooperative learning model significantly affects critical and creative thinking skills multivariate. Meanwhile, post hoc testing shows that the GI model is superior for improving critical and creative thinking skills.

Keywords: Cooperative learning model, Critical thinking skills, Creative thinking
Anik Twiningsih Heri Retnawati Pramudya Cahyandaru Copyright (c) 2022 Anik Twiningsih, Heri Retnawati, Pramudya Cahyandaru https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2022-12-31 2022-12-31 6 2 59 69 10.30738/tc.v6i2.13599 Instructional design: urgensi kurikulum budaya berbasis muatan lokal kabupaten Lembata Nusa Tenggara Timur https://jurnal.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/tamancendekia/article/view/13676
Local content learning has yet to be fully implemented administratively in Lembata District. This research is a research and development with the ASSURE model. The test subjects (users) in this study were teachers and fourth-grade students at SD Naga Wutung District, Lembata Regency. Data was collected using a curriculum expert validation questionnaire and a test questionnaire for users (teachers and students). The results of the data findings were then processed and analyzed descriptively. Based on the validation results of curriculum experts, a score of 83% was obtained with valid criteria and feasible to use. Based on user trials (teachers and students), a score of 85% was obtained with applicable standards but needed to be supplemented with other teaching media in the form of technology-based media. This research aims to explore the concept of learning addition and subtraction for applying the beautiful card model and to explore initial information about the media used in learning mathematics to develop beautiful card media. This research is qualitative. This research is only limited to needs analysis. The subjects in the study were first-grade students and teachers in several schools in Tasikmadu District. Field studies carried out the data collection technique by distributing a need questionnaire through a google form to several teachers and first-grade students in Tasikmadu District. The results of this study are: 1) In the first grade of elementary school mathematics, the subject of subtraction and addition still looks abstract; 2) The teacher has not used a media for learning, and the teacher only uses the lecture method. The material provided still feels difficult to understand because it is still abstract, so it requires help to understand a concept using learning media.

Keywords: needs analysis; media development; mathematic
Alfi Aristiyani Aldila Nur Rohmah Yulia Maftuhah Hidayati Anatri Desstya Copyright (c) 2022 Alfi Aristiyani, Aldila Nur Rohmah, Yulia Maftuhah Hidayati, Anatri Desstya https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-02-01 2023-02-01 6 2 80 88 10.30738/tc.v6i2.12803
