Abstract: The online learning policy was implemented by the Indonesian government during the adaptation of new habits to maintain health protocols. The unavailability of e-modules as independent teaching materials at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul is an obstacle in online learning. E-module is an actualization of the use of technology to facilitate access to literacy in the field of science during the Covid 19 pandemic. The aim of research on the subject of chassis maintenance and power transfer is to produce e modules. The type of research used is Research and Development. The stages of e module development with the 4D development model are: (1) define; (2) design; (3) develop; and (4) disseminate. Data collection using a questionnaire with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the e-module through the feasibility test of media experts obtained a percentage of 82.08% with the criteria "Very Feasible", from material experts of 78.67% with the criteria "Very Feasible", from small group trials 79.94% with the criteria "Very Feasible", and from the large group trial 79.31% with the criteria "Very Eligible". With the results of the feasibility test, the developed e-module is suitable for use in learning brake systems.
