UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE AUDITORY INTELLECTUALLY REPETITION (AIR) SISWA KELAS VIII C SMP NEGERI 2 JETIS BANTUL

Abstract


The research purposes to increases activeness and mathematics achievement with cooperative learning model Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) in class VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Jetis Bantul. Type Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were students of class VIII C SMP Negeri 2 Jetis and object of this research were activeness and mathematics achievement. Techniques of data collection is using observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that activeness and mathematics achievement increase. The results can be seen from activeness observation pre-term by 36.76% with moderate category, increased to 51.23% with the high category in first term. Then increased again to 70.83% in second term with the high category. The results of mathematics achievement obtained from test, with percentage completeness obtained pre-term 0% with an average of 34.41. In first term increased to 67,65% with an average of 76.68 and in second term increased to 82,35% with average value of 81.96.
