Efforts to improve creativity and X.1 class student achievement through learning model Intellectually Auditory Repetition (AIR) SMA Negeri 1 Moga, Pemalang. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were grade students X.1 of SMA Negeri 1 Moga , amounting to 36 students. Data collection techniques in this study with observations to determine the creativity of students in learning, a questionnaire to obtain data on student creativity, engineering tests to obtain data on student achievement, technical documentation for the data reinforce the observation results. The trials used to test the instrument test item, whereas the observation sheet used to determine the level of creativity of students. Data analysis techniques for observation sheet was conducted to determine students' creativity, while learning mathematics achievement tests done by calculating the average value of the class. The results showed that after learning model applied Intellectually Auditory Repettition (AIR), creativity and learning mathematics achievement increased. This can be shown by an increase in the average yield percentage creativity of student learning based on observation sheet for each cycle is the pre-cycle for 34.26% of student creativity, the creativity of the students first cycle of 45.36%, for the second cycle of 63.43 %. While the average value of learning mathematics achievement of students increased from an average initial value of 50.42 into a 77.59 in the first cycle andthe second cycle becomes 83.50. Given Repetitin Intellectually Auditory learning model (AIR) to encourage the creativity of students and also to improve the achievement of students learning mathematics. It is expected that schools can implement the model lesson.
