UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING AND COMPOSITION PADA SISWA KELAS XI MA MIFTAHUL HUDA BULU TEMANGGUNG

The aim of this research was to describe about teaching learning process using Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) to increase studentâ€™s active and study result to the eleventh grade studentâ€™s at Miftahul Huda Bulu Temanggung. The hypothesis of this research was applying Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) could increase studentâ€™s active and studentâ€™s study result. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) collaboratively.The research result showed that after applying Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) in teaching learning process, the studentâ€™s active increasing. Before this research the students were passive to listen to the teacherâ€™s explanation but after this research the students were more active to ask and discuss in group.Â Means studentâ€™s score increased, first 60,35 score, increasing in first cycle was 68,81 and increasing second cycle was 72,10. From the result above, it showed that Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method could increase studentâ€™s active and study result.
