By using a random sampling of millennial generation data by measuring buying interest using binary data 1 for interested in buying &amp; 0 for not interested in buying, and simple housing interest factors are proxied as Economic Factors, External Support, Internal Quality, Social Environment &amp; Lifestyle are measured using ratio data. The results of this study conclude that lifestyle, economic factors, and internal quality simultaneously significantly influence the intention to buy a simple house. Rasyidin mrasyidinn234@gmail.com <p><em>This study discussed the SWOT analysis on the shrimp pond cultivation business in the Blang Mangat District, Lhokseumawe city. The type of research used qualitative through a field research. The data source used primary data from the business owner directly. The results of the research are internal factors that become strength like as large land potential, production value and volume, facilities and infrastructure, availability of adequate seeds and spatial utilization of coastal areas. The weaknesses are the high production costs, the windmills who cannot turn off at night, human resources and limited funds. While external factors that become opportunities are stable and competitive shrimp prices, demand for shrimp products, adequate transportation facilities, large business opportunities and consumer preference for pond products. This study aims to determine the function of human resources (HR) in the sustainability of the Frozen Food business managed by three female students. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data processing techniques were taken through field observations, interviews, and literature. The research was conducted for five months from August to December 2022. The results showed that the HR management function has been used in the frozen food business process. The indicator is that there is a division of labor (job description) between business group team members. The division of tasks is a reference for performance evaluation and serves as a guideline in order to run business practices. By implementing the HR management function, there is a difference in the frozen food business from before. Significant improvements in the product, marketing, resource, potential customer, and financial sectors. For business sustainability, frozen food business actors need to upgrade their entrepreneurial skills and abilities in HR management governance. The research analysis method use primary data sources with quantitative descriptive research using SPSS 23. The tests included instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. The data used was obtained using a research questionnaire to 200 online respondents. The results show that the brand image variable partially had a positive and significant effect on Mixue's purchase intention. The halal certification variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Mixue's purchase intention. Simultaneously, the brand image and halal certification variables have a positive and significant effect on Mixue's purchase intention. A quantitative technique is used in this study via the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to a non-probability sample of forty individuals. Using SPSS version 25, this study used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to analyse the collected data. The following are some of the key takeaways from this study: (1) Perceived organisational support does not have a positive and significant effect on intention to stay; (2) job satisfaction does have a positive and significant effect on intention to stay; (3) organisational commitment does have an effect on intention to stay; (4) all three of these factors perceived organisational support, job satisfaction, and organisational commitment influence intention to stay at the same time; and (5) job satisfaction is the most important factor in determining intention to stay.</p> 2023-12-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Upajiwa Dewantara : Jurnal Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Manajemen Daulat Rakyat
