The sample size of 120 respondents in this quantitative study were online ride-hailing drivers from Go-Jek, Grab, Shopee-Food, and Maxim who were located across some major cities and regions in Indonesian. Purposive sampling is used to collect the required data for analysis, and Google Forms are used to distribute surveys and questionnaire in online fashion. The result shows that challenge stressors has a positive and significant influence on creativity and work engagement, as well as the impact of job demand on creativity and especially for work engagement is not significant, then mediation role of work engagement did not confirm this relationship. The method used in this study is quantitative, and the population in this study amounted to 55 respondents with data collection techniques carried out by the Simple Randlom Sampling method (probability sampling) using the slovin formula. To test the quality of the data, the researchers used validity and reliability tests. The analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Semen Tonasa Unit Sumber Daya Manusia yang berjumlah 89 orang dan sekaligus dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sedangkan efikasi diri (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, motivasi kerja (X1) dan efikasi diri (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Meski demikian, motivasi kerja dan efikasi diri secara simultan hanya mampu mempengaruhi 34,3% saja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Semen Tonasa. The object of this research is the Yu Tum Souvenir Center with a sample of 100 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative<em>, </em>with <em>a purposive sampling technique. </em>The data were processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that: (1) Service Quality partially had a significant positive effect on the Yu Tum Souvenir Center's consumer purchasing decisions, and (2) Quality perceptions partially had a significant positive effect on the Souvenir Center's consumer purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dari survei lapangan yaitu dengan menyebarkan secara langsung kuesioner penelitian kepada para PKL yang berada di kawasan Malioboro. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode Slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang usaha dan modal berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan PKL di Malioboro. Sedangkan strategi pengembangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Malioboro.
