About the Journal

Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan is an open access peer-reviewed journal published twice yearly (May and November). Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan aims to provide a national scientific forum for researchers and professionals to share their ideas on all education-related topics. Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan published with e-ISSN 2579-5007 and p-ISSN 2579-499X.

Since December 18 2018, Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan has been accredited in the "rank 4" category based on the Decree of the Director-General of Strengthening Research and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 34/E/KPT/2018 (decision letter link).  In 2022, Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan reaccredited the journal, it was found that Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan remains in rank 4 (Sinta 4) to Volume 10 Number 2, following decision No. 105/E/KPT/2022 (decision letter link, Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah is at no 278) or certificate

Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan accepts manuscripts of results from theoretical studies or research results within the world of education. The scope of the Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan is Vocational Education, Mathematics and Science Education, Language and Arts Education, Elementary School Education, Early Age, and Special Needs, Social Science Education, Ethnoscience in Education, Character Education.

All articles submitted to Wacana Akademeika will be reviewed by the Editor and evaluated by the reviewer or reviewer partner appointed by the editor or section editor. This is done to ensure the quality of articles to be published by Wacana Akademika: Majalah Ilmiah Kependidikan
