The purpose of this article is to find out how the curriculum trends in developed countries are represented by France and the curriculum in developing countries, namely Indonesia. The aspect that is the focus of this article is the learning of mathematics in these two countries. Based on the results of the literature review, information is obtained that there are some similarities between the two countries, such as the level of education and mathematics textbooks that focus on student activities. This study aims to determine the effect of thematic comic media on cognitive value learning outcomes. The research was conducted in one of the public elementary schools in Palembang. This research is a quantitative-research with a true-experimental design type, posttest-only control design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with the type of probability sampling. The samples used were class II A and class II B. This study used an experimental method with data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, documentation and tests. Data were analyzed using data normality test, homogeneity test, validity test, reliability test and independent sample t-test. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. This research was conducted at the Elementary School 4 Dharmasaba. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis technique, which comprises reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions and verifying. Based on the results of interviews and document analysis conducted in the research process, it can be concluded that: (1) Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level includes listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and has been adapted on the demands of the 2013 curriculum. The learning model in this Classroom Action Research is conducted in two cycles and every cycle must involve planning, implementation, observation and game tournament. The subject of this research is Class X of Analysis Chemistry 4 in Vocational High School 1 Temanggung the academic year of 2019/2020. Based on this research which is conducted through observation of initial students ’condition and the results of classroom action research consisting two cycles founded the increase of students’ results in mastering the competences of exponents, surds and logarithms. Webquest is one of the web-based tools used in English learning. This study shed light on the use of Webquest in English learning through reviewing twenty journal articles to determine the effectiveness of utilizing Webquest in improving students’ English skills and components. ERIC, Academia, JSTOR, and Elsevier are the primary online database sources used in this study. The result of the investigation revealed that Webquest not only highly contributed to the enhancement of students’ listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills but also greatly supported the development of students’ grammar and vocabulary masteries. This research is qualitatively descriptive. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of self-character planting includes getting used to students tidying up classes, guiding students to always complete their own tasks, and guiding students to be confident. The cultivation of creative characters includes teachers being democratic and open, and freeing students to express opinions and ask questions. (2) Supporting factors include caring parents, encouragement from friends, teachers, and schools, active students. While the inhibition factors include the character of students who are hard to care about, the attitude of teachers who are not right, and the lack of support from parents. This special condition causes a very rapid change in learning from face-to-face learning to learning from home (BDR). For this reason, this paper will describe a number of BDR activities for mathematics from the point of view of teachers and junior high school students in Surakarta City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Data was collected by means of an online survey through a questionnaire in the form of a google form, accompanied by interviews for selected respondents. The survey results show three things. First, the way teachers are more varied in teaching. Second, the decrease in student interaction. Third, the number of students who understand the lesson is less than the number of students who do not understand the lesson.
