1. License
Use of the article will be governed by the International Attribution-ShareAlike International license as currently featured on Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) .
2. Author Guarantee
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the author mentioned, has not been previously published, does not contain any unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright held exclusively by the author and is free from any third party rights, and that The necessary written permission for citing from other sources has been obtained by the author.
3. User Rights
The spirit of Academic Discourse is to disseminate freely published articles. Under the Creative Commons license , Discourse Academic allows users to share (copy and redistribute this material in any form or format); and adaptation (composing, modifying, and making derivatives of this material for any purpose, including commercial purposes). Users also need to associate authors and Academic Discourse to distribute work in the journal.
4. Author Rights
The authors retain all of their rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;
- Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to articles, such as patents,
- The right to use the substance of the articles in their own future works, including lectures and books,
- Right to reproduce articles for own use,
- The right to self-archive the article,
- The right to enter into separate additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of published versions of an article (e.g. Posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of initial publication in this journal.
5. Co-Authorship
If the article is co-authored by other authors, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms this policy. Academic Discourse will not be responsible for anything that may arise due to the author's internal dispute. Akadmeika Discourses will only communicate with appropriate authors.
6. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To the extent permitted by law, the author waives his right to collect royalties relative to the article in connection with the use of the article by Academic Discourse.
7. Others
Wacana Akademika will publish the article in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed. The Academic Discourse Editor may modify the article with the style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, references, and usage it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article can be published so that it will be accessible to the public and that access will be free for readers as mentioned in point 3.
